Banana Muffins

BANANA MUFFINS

 

Ingredients

2 Ripe medium bananas, mashed

1/2 Cup sugar

1/4 Cup milk

1/4 Cup oil

1 Egg

1 3/4 Cup all purpose flour

2 Teaspoon baking powder

1/2 Teaspoon salt

 

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degree oven. Prepare muffin pans by lining with paper or coating with nonstick cooking spray. Combine bananas, sugar, milk, oil, and egg until well blended. In a separate mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture until evenly moistened. Spoon evenly into muffin cups. Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
